The building formed by simple volumes, it is in dialogue with the village and nature. Volumes are reunited to affirm the elevation on road
as a link and a fence in the same time. A large stairs makes a smooth transition to the lower level of land. It is a real landscaped street in the heart
of the project connecting all functions.
The building proportions are keeping the human scale. Thereafter, shadows are minimized and the valley view is preserved.
Energy and water management were essential to the project: double wall and isolation for north elevation, south orientation to classes area
in order to get the maximum of natural light with movable brise-soleils; optimization of the building inertia by using green roof;
natural transversal ventilation North / South; renewable energy ...
