Aoun Building conversion:
A building of 40 years old stands unfinished. It was designed based on a social and environmental context that changed through time. F.C Architects restudied the environment, the views, the sun movement, the spatial needs of the current  occupants, and reshaped the building based on these new considerations.
One of the main changes in the program is to integrate a work-space in each apartment as people living in this building work from their homes and receive people in the work areas separately from the house.
A new vertical circulation was conceived to split the main elevation between the residential part and the work-space. It presents now a separate entrance for the working spaces that are connected to the house internally. This division of the volume seeks to re-integrate the human activity in its shape, thus giving it again a human proportion.
