Les Arcades de la Gare - Fellow Constructor

This building complex includes a commercial zone and a high standard residential area.The residential blocks are totally private and secured.   
The structure is composed of two elliptic towers of 8 and 9 floors with a 3000sqm landscaped terrace.
The project was authored by Continuum in association with Architect Michel Dayot, then a collaboration
with Rossignol brothers was made to develop the design files.
Fellow Constructor was asked by the General contractor to do the following mission:

• deliver architectural execution drawings for the project
  

• create drawing files to serve as basis for coordination, modifications and development of different drawings in  different disciplines
  

• coordinate works with MEP and structural disciplines
  

• and develop the architectural details to the specifications and B.O.Q. items as required by the client
