The project provides several functions: a modern press for a virgin olive oil extraction, a museum of olive trees and all their productions, a restaurant  and an outlet.
The building is integrated to the landscape. This approach enables to design the complex as an entity flowing in nature.
The visitor is invited to enjoy the architectural realm drawn in symbiosis with nature or buried completely in the terracing.
The aim of the project is to get a perfect combination between nature and the built area, to cover up the volume and to highlight  the olive trees.
